Changed your mind after receiving your artwork? You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us. Here are your options:

1. Store Credit: Receive store credit for the full purchase price.
2. Refund: Get a refund to your original payment method, with a 20% processing fee deducted from the total purchase amount.

Need help finding a replacement? Our art advisors are here to assist you in discovering the perfect piece.

For artworks that arrived damaged or were misrepresented, a full refund to your original payment method is available if returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please Note:

• All return shipments must be coordinated through GAMBLART and include the original packaging and any certificates provided with the order.
• Refunds are processed in EUR and subject to the current exchange rate at the time of processing.

Special commissions, limited and open edition prints, and frames are final sale. Any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered after purchase is ineligible for return. No refunds will be issued after the 14-day return window has closed.
